including full field support. In addition, a qualified and experienced
telephone 'help-desk' team is on-hand to ensure peace of mind for all
customers.
Support might include software integration, on and off-site training,
hardware servicing or consumables advice. Many of our ‘blue-chip’
customers rely on us to ensure that production lines will not be interrupted
by a shortage of labels, or a failure of hard or software.
Continuous operation within any manufacturing or distribution business
is guaranteed by loan machines/loan operators or even rapid turn-around
off-site label production, should an urgent need arise.
One of the key areas covered by our technical service department is that
covering back-up for thermal printers. Every Zebra label printing system
supplied by Customark is supported by our comprehensive technical service
organisation.
This enables us to offer a flexible, tailored approach to meet individual
customer requirements, whether for occasional batch label producers or
the critical just-in-time demand of busy multi-printer units.
