This is the fastest printer in the TSC lineup and   also provides the fastest label throughput of any similar printer. The TTP-246M Plus barcode
  printer features the basic requirements for most applications at an affordable price without   skimping on quality. Higher 300 dpi resolutions are available in either factory versions or as a field   upgrade. The upgrade kit includes a new printhead with firmware and takes 30 minutes to install.   Based on the same die-cast aluminum chassis, a version of 600 dpi resolutions is available as a   factory option. The printer offers speed of up to 4 ips and a generous 32 MB DRAM, 8 MB FLASH   memory as well as a SD card slot.
